关于固定的时间表, 刚开始觉得很多东西不能持续下去. 那句话是, 事物都是随机的, 什么时候你的一个行动可以不再随机? 也就是在你可以不动脑就完成它的时候. 这时再没有难度, 你想完成就可以完成了. 当你的时间表里有一个是这样的时候, 你就可以再加一点别的什么进去, 一步一步的, 就会越来越规律.

到但尼丁, 坚持每天早起做 keep 20分钟, 换宿和兼职确定以后, 短期也不想换地方, 路上还看过女生拳击俱乐部的广告, 因此就想坚持拳击课, 而且做好了无论多贵都要去上的准备. 去了解了才知道, 特别特别地便宜, 一个小时只需要人民币20元, 国内要300元. 在这里练真是赚到了.
